Beer Game Facilitation Services

The Initiative for System Dynamics in the Public Sector has over 10 years of experience running and debriefing the Beer Game for clients that range from management teams in some of America's top 500 firms to non-profits and managers in government agencies. The debriefing can be customized to fit most types of leadership training provided to employees.
